All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping worldwide for all customers. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address
